I got 2 great ep submissions from Peter Walkee Records this past month, the first one i'll post up is this Sokea Piste 7". These 7"s were limited to 500 copies, all with 2 color hand screen printed covers on 100lb black matte paper. The cover art has some interesting abstract graphic design going on, I like all the angeled lines running throughout the composition....
The front cover art wraps around to the back panel where the song titles live. That background texture is pretty awesome, my eye keeps wanting to pull recognizable images out of it even though it's just noise...

this record also comes with a double sided 6" x 6" insert that features full color offset printed artwork on one side. Pretty wild stuff going on here.....
Flip the insert for the lyric sheer, where everything has been been neatly typed and presented for your sing-a-long pleasure. Can we talk about how badass that one tiny illustration is, cause I L O V E it......
100 copies of the 500 pressed were made with yellow marble vinyl and housed within a black dust sleeve, which is pretty bad-ass in my book..... A side label is pretty rad, and I love that little lock up they came up with for the type...
B side label is all about the label branding.....
