Broken Patterns - Pattern Interrupt Lp

recorded in 2010, mastered in 2011, and now finally released in 2012... it's the Broken Patterns "Pattern Interrupt" lp from Six Feet Under Records.  as the main writer / guitar player of Broken Patterns, this is a record i am very proud of, and i'm very glad to know it has finally seen the light of day.  i tried to loosely follow the "pattern interrupt" ideas of the lyrics when creating the art for this record, as many of the songs deal with losing touch with reality and living with a degrading state of mental health.  that said, i really just tried to keep it abstract with a "controlled chaos" kinda feel to the images within a refined graphic based layout...

the covers are full color offset printed on a heavy coated cover stock, folded and glued.  here is a shot of the back cover....

there is also an 11" x 11" one color spot printed lyric sheet.  these were professionally printed on a coated 80lb text stock paper, one side for side A lyrics, side B lyrics on the back....

clear vinyl was the limited color we did for these, not sure how many were pressed.  full color A and B labels, side A has all the info...

side B has the art from the front cover...

even though we are technically not a band anymore, we will most likely play a few shows around the southern california area now that the record is out.  i'll post info on here when i have it, but in the meantime, go grab a copy of this from Six Feet Under!
